Taxiwaala arriving in June

One of the most anticipated films of summer, Taxiwaala starring Vijay Deverakonda will land in cinemas in June. The film which was initially supposed to be released on May 18 has been postponed abruptly owing to delay in VFX work.

According to a source, the makers are have locked two release dates for the film. “The film will be released either on June 14 or June 22. The VFX work is underway and they will take a call after watching the final output,” informs the source.

Produced by G Sreeniwas Kumar (SKN), the film is being directed by debutant Rahul Sankrityayan, and also stars Priyanka Jawalkar and Malavika Nair as other leads. Music of the film is by Jakes Bejoy and the audio will be released in the first week of June.
