The shooting of Rustum is currently going on at a brisk pace. The film is stunt master Ravi Varma’s directorial debut, and the lead actor Shivarajkumar has been on the sets of the film since March 14. This is actor’s next film after Kavacha, and will feature him in the role of a cop. Shivanna is said to be shooting in an indoor location.

Meanwhile, Shraddha Srinath, who plays the female lead will join the team from today. This will be her first time sharing the screen space with the Century star.

Rustum has Mayuri playing sister to Shivarajkumar. The makers of the action commercial entertainer plan to rope in an actor from Bollywood for a pivotal role as well. The film has music by Anoop Seelin and cinematography by Mahendra Simha.
