One of Kunchacko Boban's upcoming films will be directed by a relatively new name. Titled Allu Ramendran, the film's director is Angamaly native Bilahari, who was in the news last year for doing a feature film called Porattam for an incredibly meagre budget of Rs. 25,000.

The first look poster of Allu Ramendran was revealed on social media yesterday. Krishna Shankar of Premam and Thobama fame will have an important role in the film. Ashiq Usman, who last produced Kunchacko Boban's Varnyathil Aashanka, will produce the film under the banner of Ashiq Usman Productions.

Cinematography is by Jimshi Khalid (Anuraga Karikkin Vellam) and music by Shaan Rahman (Thattathin Marayathu, Jacobinte Swargarajyam).

Aside from from Allu Ramendran, Kunchacko Boban is currently doing a film with Nimisha Sajayan called Mangalyalam Thanthunanena, directed by Soumya Sadanandan.
