I’m fond of Ravi Teja, says Pawan Kalyan

CE Features

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan was all praise for Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja. He admitted to not being as comfortable on screen as the Raja The Great actor appears to be.

“I’m shy of expressing myself (on screen). But, Ravi Teja is unbelievably outgoing, acts with ease and never shies away from opening up with his wild characterisations. I admire him for this aspect,” said Pawan Kalyan on the sidelines of the audio release of Ravi Teja’s upcoming Nela Ticket. Recalling his first meeting with Ravi Teja, Pawan stated, “I first met Ravi Teja during the preview of my older brother Chiranjeevi’s Aaj Ka Goonda Raj in Chennai. I was not into films then. So, he may not recall our first meeting (laughs). He has reached the pinnacle of success out of his hard work, struggle and anguish. His work and the roles he chooses speaks volumes about his perseverance.”

Directed by Kalyan Krishna and produced by Ram Talluri, Nela Ticket  is slated to release on May 24. The film marks the debut of Malvika Sharma as the female lead and has music by Shakthi Kanth.
