Avengers 4 is not the last Avengers film

CE Features

With the fate of the Marvel Cinematic Universe left hanging at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, all eyes are now on Avengers 4, which will be released next year. Fan theories abound that the film will herald the end of Avengers as a group, but Disney CEO Bob Iger says, “Given the popularity of the characters and the popularity of the franchise, I don’t think people should conclude there will never be another Avengers movie.”

Avengers: Infinity War has broken both the US opening weekend record and the worldwide opening record, and Kevin Feige, President of Marvel Studios, recently admitted that he does not really know when the MCU will truly end.

Before Avengers 4 comes out, the MCU has The Antman and The Wasp scheduled for a July release and Marvel's first female-centric superhero film Captain Marvel set for a March release, and post the untitled Avengers 4, there is expected to be a sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming and a third Guardians of the Galaxy film.
