Michael B Jordan in another comic adaptation 

The Black Panther actor will be playing the lead role in the Netlflix's adaptation of the comic, Failsafe

Actor Michael B Jordan, who played Killmonger in Marvel's Black Panther, will now be starring in the lead role in Vault Comics' Failsafe in an exclusive deal with Netflix. The comic, in which protagonist John Ravane navigates New York to battle sleeper agents to rescue his kidnapped daughter, was a six episode series written by FJ DeSanto and Todd Farmer, with art by Federico Dallocchio. 

According to sources, the adaptation will be produced by Michael B Jordan himself alongside Alano Mayo of Outlier Society Productions and will reunite him with Black Panther screenwriter Joe Robert Cole. The writer has experience in the TV arena, having written the episodes A Jury in Jail and The Race Card for The People v O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, which earned him a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Writing for a Limited Series, Movie or a Dramatic Special.
