The first look of director Ranjith's latest collaboration with Mohanlal, Drama, has been released by the makers. The film is scheduled for release on August 24.

Ranjith has also penned the screenplay of the film which will feature Mohanlal in a unique avatar. The actor and director last worked together three years ago on Loham. 

Drama also stars Kanika, Arundathi Nag, Asha Sharath, Suresh Krishna, Renji Panicker, Shyamaprasad, and Baby Lara. MK Nassar and Maha Subair are producing the film under the banner of Varnachithra Good Line Productions and Lilypad Motion Pictures. Cinematographer Alagappan is handling the camerawork for the film, major portions of which have been shot in London.
