Vidyut Jammwal's Junglee gets postponed

Bollywood actor Vidyut Jammwal, known for his Commando franchise, will next be seen playing the lead in Junglee. The film, which was scheduled for release on October 19, has now been postponed to April 5, 2019. 

The actor tweeted about the new release date, saying, "We will go completely Junglee at theatres with the release of our film on April 5, 2019... Come and join the madness at a theatre near you." The reason for the postponement is as yet unknown. 

Directed by Chuck Russell, known for Hollywood films such as The Mask, Eraser, and The Scorpion King, Junglee features Vidyut in the role of a veterinarian who develops a unique relationship with an elephant, which he protects from an international poachers ring.
