As per reports, director Siddique's next film with Mohanlal is being planned for a Vishu release next year. The project is apparently an action-comedy and will have all the trademark Siddique elements. The duo last worked together on Ladies and Gentleman, which came out in 2013.

The upcoming project will go on floors only after Mohanlal completes work on Priyadarshan's Marakkar: Arabikkadalinte Simham. Meanwhile, Mohanlal is working on director Ranjith's latest film, the title of which will be announced soon. Before joining the sets of Marakkar, Mohanlal will be working in Prithviraj's directorial debut, Lucifer.
