CE Features

Sankashta Kara Ganapathi, which highlights Alien Hand Syndrome (AHS), has created a lot of curiosity with its official trailer. Equal excitement is being generated by the film's audio, which is getting released today. With PRK Audio buying the rights, Puneeth Rajkumar and Gurukiran will be releasing the album. Joining them will be musician Raghu Dixit, who has lent his voice to a track in the film. Directed by Arjun Kumar S, the film stars Likith Shetty and Shruti, among others.

Ritvik Muralidhar, who makes his debut as music director, is excited about the ablum release. “Scoring music for a unique subject and a good team helped me create a variety of songs for the film,” says the first-timer, adding, “It was challenging creating even five songs. One-and-a-half years of work and 35 to 40 tunes have gone into making this album, before we settled on the final five.”

Ritvik’s music for Sankashta Kara Ganapathi includes a rock song (the title track), a romantic duet, and a slow number. “I have also come up with a soft rock number and a classical inspired track,” says the music director, who is currently working on the background score.

The film has cinematography by Uday Leela.
