It's a wrap for the talkie portions of Krishna's Kazhugu 2

Shot on a very tight schedule, the makers of Kazhugu 2 are aiming to release the film during the first week of October

Within a month of its launch, the shooting of the talkie portions of the Krishna-Bindu Madhavi-starrer Kazhugu 2 has been completed. Director Sathyasiva, who also helmed the first instalment, the crew plans to begin filming the song sequences from the last week of August. 

Shot on a very tight schedule, the makers of Kazhugu 2 are aiming to release the film during the first week of October. The music and cinematography of the film are by Yuvan Shankar Raja and Raja Battacharjee, respectively. 

Apart from Kazhugu 2, Krishna also has Kalari, alongside Vidya Pradeep and Grahanam, directed by Pyaar Prema Kaadhal-fame Elan, in his kitty.  Bindu Madhavi, meanwhile, will be seen in Arulnithi's upcoming film, Pughazhendi Ennum Naan, directed by Karu Pazhaniappan.
