Premaku Raincheck, a 'trendy love story'

The film is directed by Akella Peri Srinivas and features Abhilash Vadada, Priya Vadlamani and Mounika Thavanam in the lead

The teaser of Akella Peri Srinivas’s debut directorial Premaku Raincheck, which features Abhilash Vadada, Priya Vadlamani and Mounika Thavanam in lead roles, was launched on Sunday with much fanfare.

Director Indraganti Mohan Krishna graced the event as the chief guest and unveiled the film’s logo and teaser. Presented by Sharrath Marrar under North Star Entertainment banner, the film is a breezy love story that is "bound to give a refreshing cinematic experience to the audience," according to the makers.

"It’s a plot-driven film with a novel concept. The film has an engaging narrative that is decorated with a trendy love story and intriguing characterisations. Teamwork is the key for any project to succeed and I’m glad to have got some of the finest technicians and artists on board for our film. We are happy to have Indraganti garu gracing the teaser launch and Sharrat Marrar presenting the film. The shooting has been completed and we will announce the release date soon," said Peri Srinivas, who is also the producer of the film.

Also starring Suman, Raghu Karumanchi, Kireeti Dhamaraju and Kalki in pivotal roles, the film has cinematography by Sharath Guruvugari and music by Deepak Kiran.
