Fahadh Faasil-Amal Neerad's Varathan to be out on August 22

Varathan, Fahadh Faasil's next after Carbon, is scheduled to hit theatres on August 22. The Amal Neerad directorial is Fahadh's home production. Varathan is Fahadh's second collaboration with Amal after Iyobinte Pusthakam.

Aishwarya Lekshmi plays the female lead in this film, which is expected to be a thriller. Little Swayamp, who stunned everyone with his work in Parava and Koode, is the cinematographer of the film. The music department is handled by Sushin Syam. 

After Varathan, Amal Neerad will start work on Bilal, the sequel to his hit Mammootty-starrer Big B. Fahadh, meanwhile, has Njan Prakashan, Trance, Kumbalangi Nights and Aanenkilum Allenkilum in the pipeline.
