Producer DVV Danayya has put an end to rumours of him not having paid the remunerations for his last film, Bharath Ane Nenu, to director Koratala Siva and actor Kiara Advani.

After a section of media reported that the producer failed to honour the agreement, Danayya issued a statement on Twitter to quash the rumours.

“Sad to see baseless allegations being levelled against our production house. We are a reputed establishment which takes immense pride in honouring commitments come what may. We, as a team, are proud to be associated with a blockbuster like Bharat Ane Nenu. The complete cast and crew of the film have been remunerated. Anybody who has any doubt pertaining to these matters can directly contact our offices in Hyderabad or the respective cast and crew or their representatives,” reads the statement. The producer also urged the media to not resort to slander and spread such rumours.
