Cinema Express earlier reported that Shivarajkumar's production house ShriMuthu Cine Servies, in association with Sakkath Studio, was coming up with the biggest Kannada web series. The latest on the web series project is that it is directed by Haseen Khan and Esham Khan, and work is underway. 

The makers have revealed the first look of the project which goes by the title, Hate You Romeo. It will go on floors as soon as they finalise the cast. Eighty percent of the web series will be shot abroad, says Pradeep of Sakkath Studio, who added that this will be the first-of-its-kind for a series in South India. "We are handling it more like a film project. The preparation work is on in full swing," says Pradeep.

Hate You Romeo will have seven episodes of 30 minutes each.
