It's a Company reunion of sorts as Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi's inclusion in Lucifer has been confirmed by its makers. There is no word on what role Vivek will be playing in the film, which is actor Prithviraj's directorial debut, and has Mohanlal in the lead role.

Vivek made his acting debut through Ram Gopal Varma's Company, which incidentally marked Mohanlal's first appearance in a Hindi film. Interestingly, it was Varma who launched Vivek in South Indian cinema through his Rakta Charitra, which was based on the life of politician Paritala Ravi.

It has also been confirmed that Lucifer will feature Prithviraj's brother Indrajith in an important role. Shooting will commence on July 16. Antony Perumbavoor is producing the film under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas.
