Vijay Sethupathi, who has a slew of films in the pipeline, is currently working on an untitled film with director Arun Kumar, whom he has previously collaborated with for Pannaiyarum Padminiyum and Sethupathi. Starring Anjali as the female lead, the film went on floors in May and the first schedule was recently wrapped up in Tenkasi. While it was previously speculated that the second schedule would take place in Malaysia, a source close to the film says that the shooting will actually happen in Thailand. The makers apparently plan to shoot important scenes with the leads in the Southeast Asian country. 

Along with SN Rajaraja's K Productions, which distributed Baahubali, Yuvan Shakar Raja's YSR Films is also bankrolling this untitled project. Also starring Linga and Vivek Prasanna, the music will be handled by Yuvan, while Sreekar Prasad is the film's editor.
