The first schedule of the upcoming Rajinikanth and Karthik Subbaraj film, which went on floors in Darjeeling last month, is now over. The next schedule is expected to start in Madurai this month, where a grand set is currently being constructed and Vijay Sethupathi will join the team for this schedule.

Superstar’s 165th film boasts of a large cast that includes Bobby Simha, Sanath Reddy, Deepak Paramesh, Simran and Megha Akash. Produced by Sun Pictures, the film will have music by Anirudh, while National Award-winner Tirru will handle the cinematography. It is speculated that SPB will sing for Rajini once again in this film, which will feature the star in the role of a college professor.
