Dear Comrade starts rolling

Actor Vijay Deverakonda is currently awaiting the release of Taxiwala, which is slated to hit the screens in August. Meanwhile, the actor has commenced work on his next film Dear Comrade, which marks the debut of Bharat Kamma as the director. The film was officially launched today with directors Sukumar, Koratala Siva, Chandrasekhar Yeleti and MM Keeravani attending as special guests.

“The principal shooting will begin later this month with a 35-day schedule being planned in and around Kakinada. The first half of the film will be shot in this schedule with Vijay, heroine Rashmika Mandanna and other supporting actors,” says Bharat adding, “The second schedule will be shot in multiple cities including Hyderabad.”

Produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Big Ben Cinemas, the film has music by Justin Prabhakaran.
