Change of plan for Naa Peru Surya

A box office clash between Allu Arjun’s high-voltage actioner Naa Peru Surya and Mahesh Babu’s political drama Bharat Ane Nenu was imminent come April. But the makers of both these films have been holding deliberations to avert a face-off at the ticket window, and a change of plan for the Vakkantham Vamsi directorial is apparently on cards.

According to a source, Naa Peru Surya which was to be released on April 27 will now land in cinemas on April 13. “The makers of Naa Peru Surya and Bharat Ane Nenu arrived at a conclusion to maintain a gap of two weeks between their releases in the presence of several bigwigs of the industry. So, the film which completes its shooting and post production work on time will release first. Hence, Allu Arjun and his team are planning to wrap their film up by mid-March and have also requested their distributors to block the theatres for April second week. In all probability, Naa Peru Surya will hit the marquee on April 13 with Bharat Ane Nenu slotted for release on April 27,” informs the source.

Produced by Lagadapati Sridhar, Naa Peru Surya also has Arjun Sarja, Sarath Kumar, Boman Irani and Anu Emmanuel in crucial roles.
