We had told you Karthi was playing the lead in Pandiraj’s next, a rural family entertainer. The latest we hear is that Arthana, who was seen in Thondan last year, has been finalised as one of the three heroines. Already, Sayyeshaa of Vanamagan fame has been confirmed to be on board, and has wrapped up the Tenkasi schedule, which went on for about 40 days.

If sources are to be believed, the third heroine could be Priya Bhavani Shankar, but the makers are keeping the details under wrap. This is the first time Karthi will be working with Pandiraj. This film, produced by Suriya, is expected to be released later this year.
