Sudigadu sequel on cards

Allari Naresh’s comic caper Sudigadu was a box office hit in 2012. Given the applause it has received from the audience, the filmmakers are considering to make a sequel to it with Naresh in the lead. Bheemaneni Srinivasa Rao, who helmed the first part, will be donning the director’s hat for the sequel as well.

Tentatively titled Sudigadu 2, the film will be launched on January 12 in Hyderabad. Word is that the film will have a host of comedians from the Telugu industry, and we hear, actor Sunil has already given his consent to play a crucial role. An official announcement is awaited.
