Directed by Sundar Surya, the film’s first look was unveiled on the eve of Valentine’s Day. Naga Shaurya, who was last seen in Chalo plays the protagonist in this film.

“The film is based on the concept of ‘A relationship never dies a natural death.’ It’s a relatable story which traverses many emotional terrains. The film induces a nostalgic festival feel and makes for an ideal family watch,” says Sundar Surya.

The film’s shooting has been completed and the post-production formalities are currently underway. Also featuring Suman, Rao Ramesh, Posani Krishna Murali and Sumitra in pivotal roles, Ammammagari Illu has music by Kalyani Ramana and is slated for release this summer.
