This April, Mahesh Babu and Allu Arjun are all set to lock the horns at the box office, when their films are released on the same day. Bharath Ane Nenu and Naa Peru Surya -- Naa Illu India will battle it out for box office supremacy on April 26, a day ahead of the previously announced date.

While Naa Peru Surya was the first film to have its release advanced by a day, surprisingly the makers of Bharath Ane Nenu too chose the same date for its release. Although the producers of these films recently had a discussion to avoid a clash at the box office, it looks like neither of them is willing to shift the release date.

As Mahesh and Allu Arjun are two big stars of the industry, the clash will likely adversely affect the prospects of both films. But, much to the dismay of trade circles, the makers of these star-spangled films have released press releases reaffirming their release date.
