Sriya Reddy's Andava Kaanom to release on April 13

The rural comedy film which has been in the making for a long time finally gets an official release date

The JSK film corporation's production venture, Andava Kaanom, directed by C Velmathi and starring Sriya Reddy of Thimuru fame, has finally got a release date, after a wait of more than two years. 

The film's story is based on an anda that goes missing in a village and the series of hilarious events following that. Sriya Reddy plays the lead role in this rural film after her last outing in Tamil, Kancheevaram

The makers are very confident that the film will impress the audience and the Sriya's performance will fetch her a lot of awards and praises. 

Interestingly, the major proportion of actors featured in the film are real residents of the film's shooting location, a village called T Puthur in Theni district. 

The producers of the film have scheduled the film for release on the festival weekend, on April 13.
