Director Sriram Adittya, who made a name for himself in the Telugu industry with quirky entertainers like Bhale Manchi Roju and Shamanathaka Mani, is all set to start working on his new film in March. The untitled film will feature actors Nagarjuna and Nani in lead roles.

“The script is ready and the film will be launched on February 24. The principal shoot will commence in March first week,” says a source.

While Nagarjuna will be seen as a mafia don, Nani plays a doctor. “The film has an interesting storyline and both the stars are excited to be a part of it. Even though Nag portrays a don’s role, he is not a usual mafia boss who always says dialogues in a serious tone. Rather, it’s a kind of character that gives him a good scope to flex his comic chops. The bonding between the don and the doctor and their conversations will leave the audience in splits,” adds the source.

To be produced by Aswini Dutt, the rest of the cast and crew of the film are yet to be finalised.
