Christian Bale's Hostiles to release in India soon

The period war film, also starring Rosamund Pike and directed by Scott Cooper, is set to hit Indian screens on February 16

Christian Bale and Rosamund Pike-starrer Hostiles will release in India on February 16. The film will be distributed in India by PVR Pictures.

Hostiles is based on an original manuscript by the late Donald Stewart. The film, set in 1892, stars Bale as a captain who escorts a dying Cheyenne war chief (Wes Studi) and his family back home to tribal lands. The journey takes Bale and his team from New Mexico to the grasslands of Montana.

Scott Cooper has written, directed and produced Hostiles, which also stars Q'orianka Kilcher, Adam Beach, Rory Cochrane, Ben Foster, Jesse Plemons, Jonathan Majors and Timothee Chalamet.

Christian Bale was last seen in The Promise, directed by Terry George.
