We had previously reported that music director turned actor GV Prakash will be collaborating with director Vasantha Balan. Incidentally, the filmmaker was the one who introduced GV Prakash as a music composer with Veyil back in 2006. 

A source close to the film says, "It'll be a very realistic film on the lines of the directors' previous films Veyil and Angaadi Theru. But it'll also be more intense than what he has done till date. The shooting is scheduled to start from this month and the cast and crew will be announced in a press meet that's scheduled to happen soon." 

While Vasantha Balan's last film was the 2014 Kaaviya Thalaivan, GV Prakash is having his busiest year as an actor with films such as Semma, 4G, Ayngaran, Adangathey, Kuppathu Raja, 100% Kadhal and Sarvam Thaala Mayam in different stages of production.
