It star Sophia Lills to play Nancy Drew 

The young actor is all set to play the famous role, which was earlier portrayed by Emma Roberts in 2007

Nancy Drew is a detective novel series written by  Mildred Wirt Benson. The novel which was originally launched in 1930, went on to sell in large numbers and became a huge hit among the teenagers. The latest buzz is that the It actor Sophia Lillis will play the titular role in the film adaptation of the hit novel series.  The fictional character was recently portrayed by Emma Roberts in the film made under the same name in 2007. 

According to reliable sources, the film will be based on the novel Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase, which was republished in 1959.  The story centers on a pair of sisters and their unusual experiences in their Victorian-era house, which leads to the duo being accused of murder. The rest of the plot is based on how Nancy saves the sisters from jail.

The production company, Warner Bros, is yet to make an announcement about the cast and crew of the film.
