Director Sukumar and actor Mahesh Babu, who had earlier teamed up for 1-Nenokkadine, are set to reunite for yet another project soon. Mythri Movie Makers, which recently delivered Rangasthalam with Sukumar and also made Srimanthudu with Mahesh, will produce the film to be mounted on a lavish scale.
Confirming the news, Mahesh in his recent interaction with the media said, “My 26th film will be directed by Sukumar and the film will go on floors soon after I wrap up my 25th film under the direction of Vamshi Paidipally.”
The genre and other details of the film are yet to be revealed by the team. Sukumar, who recently left for a family vacation abroad, is expected to start working on the script after June. In a statement, the production house has stated that the film will hit the screens in 2019.
Meanwhile, Mahesh’s latest release Bharat Ane Nenu has become the third fastest film after the Baahubali franchise to reach Rs 100 crore mark worldwide.
