Sunny Leone essays the titular role of a warrior princess in Veeramadevi, and she has been getting trained in martial arts, sword-fighting, and horse riding for the period film. Now, we hear, the makers are trying to rope in Bollywood actor Tabu for an important role. A reliable source close to the film's unit says, "Talks are on, but she's not on board yet." 

CE learns, the crew is also keeping their options open, and considering other actors. 

Though Sunny had made a special appearance in a song in Vadacurry, Veeramadevi marks her debut in Tamil cinema. With Amresh Ganesh of Motta Siva Ketta Siva fame as its music director, the film, directed by Vadivudaiyan, also has Navdeep and Nasser in important roles.
