Parmanu - The Story of Pokhran gets postponed once again

The period war film was initally slated for release on December 8, 2017

After terminating a contract with production company KriArj Entertainment in the interest of Parmanu - The Story Of Pokhran, John Abraham Entertainment announced today that the film will get a new release date soon.

Parmanu was scheduled to release on December 8 last year. Its release date got pushed to February 23, and then to April 6.

But clearly, the film, based on the nuclear tests conducted at Pokhran in 1998, will not hit the screens on Friday due to the tussle between the co-producers.

A statement issued by John Abraham Entertainment read, "In the best interest of the film, we have terminated our contract with KriArj Entertainment Pvt Ltd and will soon announce the release schedule."

The film, directed by Abhishek Sharma, features John Abraham, Diana Penty, and Boman Irani in the lead roles.
