We had told you that Arivazhagan of Kuttram 23 fame is teaming up with Nayanthara for an action-thriller. The film has now been titled Lady Superstar. We hear it will be a Tamil-Telugu bilingual. 
 
The director says, "I’m glad she came on board. She was excited about her role when I narrated the script. I have always wanted to direct a woman-centric film. The title is perfect. The film is set in Chennai and we're looking to finish the shooting in 45 days." He further expressed confidence that "the actress’ brand will add value to the project.”
 
This project will be produced by Shankar of SP Cinemas, and the makers are planning to start shooting from early next year. SS Thaman will be making music for this film.
