Sruthi Hariharan is one actor who aces all her roles, and for this she has been appreciated by various filmmakers. Director Giriraj BM who will be associating with the actress for a yet-to-be titled project joins this fanclub and is all praise for her. “Sruthi is the Smitha Patil of Kannada cinema. She is the perfect blend of an actress who can do a commercial films as well as artistic films with ease. This is a quite a rare trait to find in a heroine,” he says.

The director is planning a social thriller, which is now in the scripting stages. “I will start off once Sruthi completes all her prior commitments. Meanwhile, I am also finalising the other actors and artistes for the film,” he adds.

The director has another film with Chiranjeevi Sarja in the offing, which will only go on floors next year. Meanwhile, Sruthi is looking forward to the release of Tarak with Darshan and her bilingual film Solo with Dulquer Salmaan.
