Those who watched the recently released Magalir Mattum starring Jyotika alongside Saranya, Urvashi, and Bhanupriya, were pleasantly surprised to find Madhavan in a cameo role.

Suriya, who bankrolled the film under his banner 2D Entertainment, took to Twitter to thank Madhavan for his cameo.

The duo have reportedly been friends since they starred in the 2004 film, Aayutha Ezhuthu. Incidentally, Madhavan has previously worked with Jyothika in Dumm Dumm Dumm and Priyamana Thozhi.
