Dhanush not doing Arjun Reddy remake

Wunderbar Films clarified that no such talks have been initiated

There are rumours going around that Dhanush has bought the rights for the Tamil remake of Vijay Deverakonda-starrer Arjun Reddy, which is running successfully all over the world. Not only that, social media has also been abuzz saying that he's likely to do the lead role in the remake himself.

But CE learns that these are all untrue. When we contacted Wunderbar Films, we were told that "not even talks have been initiated." Even previously, it was widely speculated that Dhanush will remake Barfi in Tamil. But the actor had clarified to us that he was not doing it though he "loved the original."

The story of Arjun Reddy revolves around the life of an intelligent medico who suffers from anger management issues.
