Armaan Malik sings for AR Rahman

The singer has collaborated with the composer for the first time in Rajinikanth's 2.0

Singer Armaan Malik of Jai Ho fame has recorded a song for the Rajinikanth-starrer 2.0, titled Mechanical Sundariye which talks about the unusual love between two robots. 

The singer recently posted an image of himself with the composer AR Rahman on his Instagram page, captioned: "Finally a dream come true for me. I sang my first song for AR Rahman sir and that too for the movie 2.0."

Armaan added, "Couldn’t have imagined this day would come so soon and in this manner. I kept this song a surprise for all my fans because I knew how excited they would be when they heard about it."

Meanwhile, two other songs from the album, Endhira Logathu and Raajali Nee Gaali, were released at the grand audio release event in Dubai last Friday.
