Filmmaker Karan Johar and actor Akshay Kumar are joining hands for an upcoming film called Kesari. Scheduled to hit the screens during Holi 2019, the film is based on the battle of Saragarhi.

Karan announced the news on Twitter.

Akshay too, shared the same poster and tweeted that he is "personally and emotionally" excited about the film. No other details about the film have been revealed yet.
