Siddharth has announced details of his next. The film titled The House Next Door is to be directed by Milind Rau, a close associate of the actor, and will be a Tamil-Telugu-Hindi trilingual. According to sources, Siddharth is playing a neurologist in the film. However, official confirmation is yet to come.

Andrea Jeremiah will be playing the female lead, and the film's cast is expected to be from all the three industries. Previously, Rau directed Kadhal 2 Kalyanam, which remains unreleased. He was also the executive producer of Siddharth’s latest outing, Jil Jung Juk.
