Sreekar Prasad to join Vijay's next?

The editor is rumoured to be a part of the AR Murugadoss-Vijay project

Rumours are abuzz that veteran editor Sreekar Prasad, who has been a part of many films including this year's Kaatru Veliyidai, Taramani, Spyder and Solo, will be a part of Vijay's next which is to be directed by AR Murugadoss. Incidentally, the eight-time National Award winner also edited the last two collaborations of Murugadoss and Vijay--Thuppakki and Kaththi.

The untitled project, which is currently in pre-production is expected to go on floors from January 2018. Girish Gangadharan, who's known for his work in the Malayalam industry will be making his Tamil debut as a cinematographer with this film. Produced by Sun Pictures, it's highly anticipated that AR Rahman, who was behind the music for Vijay's last film, Mersal, will be composing the tunes for his 62nd film too.
