December 29, 2006, was a lucky date for actor Ganesh, as it was the day, when Mungaru Male released. Considering the way the film gave a break to the actor, who became the Golden star, it seems the makers of Chamak are targeting the same date for release in the hopes of repeating histroy.  

The film directed by Suni features the actor as a gynacoelogist, along wtih Rashmika Mandanna and a whole lot of others in the interesting star cast. Chamak, now in the post production stages, is on its way to the censor board soon.

“Since the film is yet to get its certificate, the production house and the director cannot officially announce the release date, but they are working towards it,” says our source.  

Chamak has music by Judah Sandy and cinematography by Santhosh Rai Pathaje.
