After Velainu Vandhutta Vellaikaaran, Vishnu Vishal and director Ezhil will come together once again for an untitled project. This rural entertainer will be produced by Sivaji Ganesan’s grandson, Dusshyanth Ramkumar.

Vishnu says, "I was supposed to do a film for Dusshyanth's banner with Kathanayagan director Muruganandham. For some reasons, it didn't happen. Glad, this project has materialised finally."

While the rest of the cast is yet to be finalised, the actor says that Nivetha Pethuraj has been approached to play the female lead. "She's yet to sign the dotted line," he adds.

Vishnu, who's currently busy with the post-production work of Ratchasan and Silukkuvarupatti Singam, also clarifies that Soori will not be a part of this newly-announced film.
