We hear that Nayanthara is the main contender for the female lead in Nandamuri Balakrishna's 102nd film, which will be launched in July. This film will be directed by KS Ravikumar, and produced by C Kalyan. Incidentally, Balakrishna and Nayanthara have previously worked together on two occasions -- Simha (2010) and Sri Rama Rajyam (2011).
Balakrishna is presently working on his 101st film with director Puri Jagannadh, and he will be joining the shoot of the untitled KS Ravikumar film after wrapping up this project. Nayanthara, on the other hand, has a number of films like Velaikkaran, Aramm, Imaikkaa Nodigal, Kolaiyuthir Kaalam in the pipeline.
