Arjun Rampal’s upcoming biopic on underworld don Arun Gawli is set to release on July 21. The film stars Arjun in the title role and has Farhan Akhtar playing Dawood Ibrahim. The actor even got into trouble when he went to meet Gawli in the prison during the initial stages of the shoot. The film is directed by Ashim Ahaluwalia and is co-produced by Arjun. The makers have released the first poster and teaser whereby the teaser received positive response. 

Tiger Shroff’s Munna Michael is also slated to release on the same day. Tiger plays a street dancer in the film which also stars Nidhi Agerwal. The film, directed by Sabbir Khan will see a release on July 21.

Alankrita Shrivastava’s much talked about film Lipstick Under My Burkha, which was denied a certificate initially by Censor Board, will now release a week prior to its original release date. The film was supposed to release on July 28 along with Arjun Kapoor’s Mubarakan, but it will now release with Munna Michael and Daddy on July 21.
