Rashmika may have to say no to Allu Arjun’s movie

Express Features

If everything had gone as planned, Rashmika Mandanna would have officially accepted Allu Arjun’s film Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India, which was launched this week.

Apparently, even a photoshoot was done with the actor, and the team had planned to share the stills as soon as she had come on board. But it now looks like the actress is in a tight spot with dates for this movie clashing with those for another project that she has committed to. Rashmika might have to let go of the Telugu movie.

Our source tells us: “The actress is currently shooting for her Kannada film Chamak starring Ganesh and directed by Suri and she will soon follow it up with Puneeth Rajkumar’s Anjaniputra, shooting for which will resume on June 22. Rashmika also has her Telugu film with Naga Shourya, and will be scheduling her dates for a film with Ram. With these back-to-back projects in hand, she may not be able to give dates for Allu Arjun’s film.”

Rashmika is still trying to work out the dates to accomodate Allu Arjun’s movie, but most likely this may not be possible, our source adds.

The actress is suddenly popular in Tollywood and has been flooded with offers from the Telugu industry.
