After a brief holiday with his family, Krishna is back to work, and has immediately started on his next project, which he will be helming for Sudeep. The director is currently sitting with a group of writers in Hyderabad and working out different storylines. He will be back in the city this weekend, and will head to Bangkok in the coming week. The director will be meeting Sudeep there, who is currently shooting for The Villain.

“This trip to Bangkok is necessary because it’ll help me lock a script, after Sudeep decides which genre to go with. This will give me more time to work on the screenplay,” says the director.

Krishna has a few script options for Sudeep to choose from. When CE asked the director what genre he'd like to make a movie in, he says, “More than what he’s not attempted, I want to try something different, not another run-of-the-mill story.” Krishna also hints to us that he wants to go with a comedy entertainer.

This is the second time Krishna is associating with Sudeep, after Hebbuli, which had a successful run at the box office.  We have to now watch and see how this combination will work again.
