Director Ranjith Sankar’s next, the sequel to Punyalan Agarbattis, has been titled Punyalan Private Limited.

The sequel, with Jayasurya in the lead, will have all the characters and  will be a continuation of the first part. In an earlier interview, Ranjith Sankar had said that the movie will start from where Punyalan Agarbattis  ended. The cast, including Nyla Usha and Aju Varghese, will reprise their characters in the sequel too. I cannot think of a sequel without anyone of the characters,” he added.

The new project will be produced by Jayasurya and Ranjith Sankar under the banner of Dreams N Beyond. The movie is likely to hit the screens this December.
