After a brief hiatus, Shine Tom Chacko is all set to make a comeback. The actor will next be seen in Tiyan, where he will play the character of Jameel Askari, a cousin to Aslan Mohammed, played by Prithviraj.
“Jameel is someone who is always with Aslan. It is a different character,”  says Shine.

The actor, who has earlier worked with scriptwriter Murali Gopy and director Jiyen Krishnakumar in Kanchi, says just like every character Murali creates, this one too has a certain intensity to it. “Very rarely do shallow faces appear,” says Shine,  while recounting the shoot for Tiyan. “The shoot itself was an experience. We shot at Ramoji film city, then some portions were shot at Nasik and the Kumbh Mela,” he adds.

Shine will also be seen in actor-turned-director Soubin Shaheer’s directorial debut Parava, which is likely to hit the screens in September.“We shot for Parava at Mattanchery. The protagonists are two children and I play a club captain. It is a fun-filled ride,” he adds.

The actor has also played significant roles in Prethamundu Sookshikkuka and Third World Boys.
