We had earlier told you that Gulebagavali, starring Prabhudheva and Hansika Motwani, will be a black comedy.

The latest we hear is that the actress is playing a con artist in the film, the kind of role she has never played in her career so far. Reportedly, she has also been given a makeover to play the character.

Produced by KJR Studios, Gulebagavali is directed by Kalyaan S. Reports suggest that Hansika has been shooting for her portions in Chennai, and is “thrilled” to have shared screen space with veteran actress Revathy for the first time. 

Peter Hein is the stunt choreographer, and Anand Kumar is the cinematographer of this film. After completing the existing schedule, the team will head to Bangkok.
