Director Suni and actors Rishi and Shraddha Srinath are happy that their recent release, Operation Alamelamma, has gotten good responses from audiences and celebrities in the Kannada industry alike.

The excitement continues, as the film has managed to create a buzz in other parts of the country as well. While earlier reports have stated that film is being made in Tamil, we hear that actor Vijay Sethupathi is keen on being a part of the project. According to our source, Vijay likes the role played by Rishi in the thriller. “The actor wants to play Rishi’s role in the Tamil version. Initial talks are over, but confirmation is pending.” our source says. 

Meanwhile, Operation Alamelamma has also turned heads in Bollywood, and a few filmakers have come forward to get the rights for the film. If this is true, it’ll be interesting to see who’ll be part of the Hindi cast.
